
Steven L. Schneider, Chief Executive Officer Steven joined PrecisionIR in June 2007 as Chief Executive Officer with more than two decades of operational and management experience, including several focused on investor relations and technology during the eight years he served as President and CEO of the Financial Information Division of Primark/Disclosure (now part of Thomson Financial). While there (from 1992-2000), he played a key role in transforming it into a global financial products and services company, managing multiple acquisitions and divestures. He subsequently became the Chairman and CEO of Ilumin Software Services, Inc. (2001-2006) where he oversaw the transformation of the Company from a start-up to a market leading provider of email compliance, archiving and litigation support applications. In October 2005, under his tenure, Ilumin was sold to Computer Associates (NYSE:CA). Steven received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Detroit and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Michael Ahern, Vice President Product and Alliances
Michael joined PrecisionIR in August 2007 through the acquisition of Vodium, an Internet communication company
specializing in interactive video presentations. Founder of Streampipe.com, an Internet video streaming company,
he has over 14 years' experience in Internet operations. Michael is responsible for PrecisionIR's global video operations.
Michael graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Management Information Systems and holds an MBA in
International Business.
Ken Balog, Vice President Product Development & Marketing
Ken joined PrecisionIR in February 2005 with over 16 years of sales, marketing, strategic development,
and management experience. Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Ken worked at American Teleconferencing Services, Ltd.
(n.k.a. Premiere Conferencing) where he created ATS’ business development department and was responsible for launching
the first streaming audio and web conferencing services in the teleconferencing industry. Ken is a graduate of The
Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio where he studied international business and marketing.
Beth Carty, Vice President Client Services
Beth joined PrecisionIR in October 2007 with more than two decades of investor relations and management experience,
including 17 years with the National Investor Relations Institute. While there, she was instrumental in shaping the
organization’s mission, growth and educational goals by developing programs and services for mentoring and strengthening
NIRI’s 37 chapters.
Russ Cederholm, Vice President of Operations and Facilities Russ joined PrecisionIR in February 1994 with over 14 years of Operations and Distribution experience. Prior to PrecisionIR, Russ was responsible for Distribution Management for Horizon Hobby Distribution.
Philip Cole, Chief Financial Officer Philip joined PrecisionIR in June 2001 as European Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Philip held a number of senior finance positions in marketing and business services companies, including Finance Director of madaboutwine.com, a subsidiary of netdecisions Ltd. and Finance Director of Momentum Integrated Communications, a subsidiary of Abbott Mead Vickers plc. Philip is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Pannell Kerr Forster in February 1991. He was promoted to Group Financial Controller in January 2004 and was appointed to the board of PrecisionIR Plc in January 2005.
Steve Coloia, Director of Vcall Sales
Prior to joining Vcall in December 2007, Steve worked in sales and communications for Motorola and Premiere Global Services as a Regional Manager, a Sales Director, and as an Executive Sales Director. He graduated in 1990 from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Finance.
Chris Fetty, Director of Global Business Development
Chris joined PrecisionIR in February 2000 as a Business Development Manager. He previously worked as an Analyst for
the Investment Banking division of Commerce Bancorp, Inc. Chris is responsible for PrecisionIR's global partnership network.
Gerard McNamara, Vice President of Sales, Europe
Gerard graduated in 1997 with a 1st Class degree in Business Studies & French from the University of Hull. Gerard
joined Xerox, where he was trained in consultative selling and strategic account management. He then moved into the
Telecoms industry, where he was instrumental in boosting sales as a Business Development Manager. Gerard then moved
into marketing management, when he lead a team of sector marketing executives. Gerard joined PrecisionIR in November
2003. He is responsible for sales across Europe.
Sharon Melcher, Vice President of Technology and Product Development Sharon joined PrecisionIR in July 2007. Prior to joining, Sharon held senior management positions with UUNet, Freddie Mac, iLumin and Disclosure where she managed enterprise wide products and services. Sharon is responsible for new product development initiatives to build out the PrecisionIR suite of products.
Robin Ransom, Global Controller Robin joined PrecisionIR Group as Global Controller in September 2007 with over 15 years experience in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining PrecisionIR, she held the position of Assistant Controller for ChemTreat, Inc. a Danaher Company where she was instrumental in the development of accounting systems and processes for international business. Robin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting.
Shade Wilson, Vice President of Marketing Shade joined PrecisionIR in May 2001 and has over 15 years experience in marketing and strategic planning and has been responsible for building PrecisionIR's consumer investor programs from the ground up. His previous background was with organizations like Interpublic Group's Martin Agency, and DIMAC Direct, where he ran programs for brands like AT&T, Sprint and Saab. Shade is responsible for PrecisionIR's overall global marketing.
